SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to be responsible for the overall maintenance, compliance, operational performance, and long-term asset preservation their commercial parks.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

A Tertiary Qualification related to Facilities or Property/ Real Estate or similar would be advantageous
5+ years in Facilities Management of Commercial Properties
Commercial Property experience in:
- Maintenance Planning
- Financial Management and Budgeting
- Technical Operation and Support
- Compliance and Reisk Management
- Staff and Team Management
- Project and Refurbishment
- Contractor and Service Provider Management
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement
- Improvements and Procurement

Key Responsibilities:
The role ensures buildings remain safe, compliant, tenant-ready, and maintained within approved budgets while protecting asset value.
