SUMMARY:
Prism Placements is partnering with a well-established National Property Management business to secure a hands-on Facilities Manager who takes pride in ownership, drives efficiency, and delivers results.

POSITION INFO:
Remuneration:

Up to R360K C.T.C. per annum (excl fuel and bonus).

Experience & Requirements:

Relevant B-degree / diploma completed.
Min 3-6years experience in a facilities / property management role where you managed multiple properties and oversaw all facilities-related operations.
Strong budget control and cost-saving mindset and ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers/contractors to achieve best value.
Fluency in Afrikaans and English essential.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites.
