SUMMARY:
Prism Placements is partnering with a well-established National Property Management business to secure a hands-on Facilities Manager who thrives on ownership, efficiency and getting things done right the first time.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t just manage from behind a desk – you’re on-site, in the detail, driving projects, controlling costs and ensuring buildings operate at peak performance.

POSITION INFO:
Remuneration:

Up to R420K C.T.C. per annum (excl fuel and bonus).

Experience & Requirements:

Relevant B-degree / diploma completed.
Min 3-6years experience in a similar role where you’ve managed multiple properties and oversaw all facilities-related operations.
Experience controlling budgets and ensuring cost-saving solutions, negotiating with suppliers / contractors to achieve best value and conducting regular site visits to ensure standards are met.
Well versed in Afrikaans and English essential.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites.
