Position: Facility Coordinator
Location: Cape Town
Sector: Renewable Energy

We are seeking a detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to support the operational performance and compliance of a portfolio of renewable energy assets. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and confident managing project documentation, stakeholder coordination, and asset compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate facility management tasks across multiple assets
• Monitor contractual compliance and manage trackers for reporting
• Support the O&M team with documentation, scheduling, and contractor coordination
• Ensure performance guarantees, HSE compliance, and project documentation are adhered to
• Assist with warranty, insurance, and risk management matters
• Facilitate reporting, meetings, and communication across teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Project Management, etc.)
• 2+ years' experience in renewable energy and project coordination
• Understanding of EPC, O&M, and Power Purchase Agreements
• Solid MS Office skills and familiarity with SCADA and integrated systems
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
