Minimum Requirements:

-Very presentable and professional female, preferably aged approximately 25 – 35 years

-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)

-Matric / Grade 12 completed

-Recent reception / office administration experience a must, specifically in a professional corporate office environment a must

-Experience at a law firm highly preferred

-Computer literate in MS Office

-Clear criminal record

-Non smoker

-Driver’s license and own transport

-Stable employment record and contactable References

-Residing in / near Pretoria East

-To start as soon as possible

-Temporary appointment will also be considered until a permanent appointment is made

Duties:

-Reception for small law firm

-General office administration and typing

-Client liaison

Salary: R 8 000.00 – R 12 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on experience)
