A leading supplier of quality bakery ingredients, products, food ingredients and bakery supplies to bakeries, food manufacturers and top retail brands are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join their branch in Johannesburg. The company is a proudly family-owned and managed business.

POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the designated territory. The company pride's itself on going the extra mile and exceeding customer's expectations and require that mindset in their sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify new business opportunities and secure new sales
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities
• Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and generate new business leads
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts

• 5+ years of experience in field sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel within your designated territory as required
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
