Our client, a globally recognised name in the insurance industry, is on the hunt for a Finance Business Partner who’s ready to go beyond the numbers. Duties

Act as a strategic partner to key business units, offering financial insight that drives smart decision-making.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
Drive performance analysis—spotting trends, identifying risks, and highlighting growth opportunities.
Work cross-functionally to support major initiatives and evaluate investment decisions.
Take ownership of monthly reporting cycles and deliver insightful variance analysis.

Requirements

A BCom in Accounting or CA(SA)
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar finance partnering role
Short-Term Insurance experience is essential—you understand the industry landscape and speak the language of insurance
