SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to work closely with business leaders, providing strategic financial guidance and supporting decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to influence business performance while leveraging strong analytical and commercial acumen.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business units to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.
Prepare and analyse management accounts, KPIs, and business metrics.
Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimise profitability and resource allocation.
Monitor budgets, variances, and operational performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
Support business decision-making through clear and actionable financial guidance.

Requirements:

CA(SA) or equivalent qualification preferred.
3–7 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or business partnering.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in accounting systems, Excel, and financial modelling.
Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
