A diversified engineering and project delivery concern that has operations globally is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their organization. The role will involve the management of 4 staff directly and about 4-8 staff indirectly.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for actively contributing to the group wide strategy and drive improvement in profitability and mitigate risk through business analysis. The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for cash management across the region and provide key insights to business operations and performance of the various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on business targets and initiatives with the aim of maximizing operational efficiency and effectiveness as well being accountable for governance and management reporting.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

• CA (SA)

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• At least 8-10 years post article experience in a similar role
• Experience dealing with complex consolidations and reporting
• Experience working in a multinational/global entity is preferred
• Experience with project accounting, management reporting acquisitions and business integration
• Excellent business acumen
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong analytical skills
