You will be part of the Finance Team who provide sustainable solutions for our customers.  By joining this team, you will have a chance to work in an international environment involving different cultures and challenges

Role Purpose:
The purpose of the finance business partner role is to ensure proper presentation of overall operational activities in financial reporting and to stimulate behaviours across the organization to achieve strategic financial objectives.

Accountabilities:

Financial Management And Control:
Cost Controlling above EBITA for manufacturing and warehousing sites
Operational planning and budgeting/forecasting
Operational reporting on order intake
Business Development and analysis support
Timely delivery of operations input to financial reporting
Input to strategic planning
Project controlling
Net working capital management
Business Sparring
Financial control of manufacturing and warehousing sites
Inventory control

Human Resource Management:
Staff management through ensuring that key performance areas, critical performance objectives and performance standards are developed for all subordinates through a participative process.
Recruit of employees.
Effectively manage, maintain and develop employees.

Requirements:
BComm Finance Degress
7-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
Computer literate, ERP system, Advanced Excel and Word an advantage
Knowledge and capabilities of health and safety
People management and stakeholder management experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Financial operational understanding
Strong Service Delivery
Time management and priority settings
Report writing
Analytical ability
