Key Responsibilities (Reporting to the CFO of the Division):

• Lead the full financial function of the division, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to support executive decision-making and long-term planning.
• Drive cost optimization, working closely with operations to identify efficiencies and improve margins.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax legislation, and internal financial controls.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and balance sheet integrity.
• Partner with key business units to provide commercial and operational finance support.
• Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external Auditors and stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, ensuring skills development and succession planning.
• Support M&A, expansion, and investment initiatives with financial due diligence and feasibility analysis.
• Champion digital transformation in finance through system enhancements and process automation.
• Monitor and report on key financial KPIs and ensure alignment with divisional objectives.
• Work closely with the CFO and executive team to ensure financial sustainability and growth.

• CA(SA)
• 20 years post-articles experience
• 10 years of solid managerial experience
• Good current knowledge of IFRS
• Must come from Insurance or Automotive - Non-negotiable
