POSITION INFO:

With an aggressive expansion strategy and a commitment to sustainable energy practices, the business is poised for significant development.

As the Finance Executive, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and take ownership of the strategic financial direction of the company. You will lead a team of 8+ finance professionals, manage end-to-end project finance, and spearhead capital-raising initiatives through banks and development financiers. You will also work closely with operations and supply chain to align financial planning with distribution objectives and ensure long-term profitability and risk mitigation.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) or equivalent financial qualification.
Minimum 8 years' experience in a finance leadership role.
Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of at least 8 people.
Extensive project finance exposure in energy, manufacturing, or logistics.
Demonstrated success in raising capital from banks and financial institutions.
Industry experience in logistics and/or manufacturing is essential.
Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
