A leading organisation within the security services sector is seeking an experienced
Finance Executive to drive financial strategy during an exciting phase of growth and transformation. This role offers exposure to strategic acquisitions, the development of a holding company structure, and close collaboration with executive leadership. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enabling data-led decision-making, strengthening financial governance, and supporting national expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute
financial strategies aligned with long-term growth and holding company objectives
- Lead
mergers and acquisitions, including identifying, evaluating, and integrating new business opportunities
- Oversee
cash flow management, ensuring adequate liquidity for acquisitions, investments, and operations
- Drive
data-led decision-making by leading financial and analytics initiatives that support operational teams
- Prepare accurate and timely
financial reporting for internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies
- Identify and mitigate
financial and operational risks associated with expansion and acquisitions
- Provide strong
leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Qualified
Chartered Accountant (CA)- Minimum of
5 years post-articles experience in a senior financial leadership role

decentralised or holding company environment, including acquisitions and integrations
- Proven track record of managing
cash flow and financial risk in dynamic environments
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Experience with
annuity revenue models advantageous but not essential
- Adaptable and able to operate in a fast-paced, evolving business
