SUMMARY:
Our national client within the Transport / Supply Chain Management industry is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Administrator for their branch in Kempton Park.

POSITION INFO:

Grade 12 with numeracy skills
Advanced Excel - required
Accurate and deadline driven
Assisting with all administration associated with maintenance
Issuing suppliers with order numbers
Following up / reconciling / matching quotations and invoices
Ensuring that quotations are properly authorized
Compiling outstanding invoices to accrue for month end
Compiling monthly breakdown reports
Ensuring that all invoices are signed off by Management
Ensuring that vehicle files are updated with:
Break test and fitness certificates
Vehicle licenses
Vehicle registrations
Updating the master fleet list
Assisting with any other clerical / admin task when required to do so
