Equipment lifecycle costing

Purchase cost, freight, commissioning
Operating cost per hour / per tonne / per km
Maintenance & repair (M&R) cost tracking
Component rebuild vs replacement decisions
Residual value and disposal analysis

Maintenance & workshop cost control

Job card costing (labour, parts, oils, outwork)
Planned vs unplanned maintenance cost analysis
Breakdown cost trend analysis
Warranty and component life tracking
Spares inventory valuation and turnover

Fuel & consumables

Fuel consumption benchmarking
Oil, tyres, GET (ground engaging tools)
Loss, theft, and variance analysis

Fixed vs variable cost separation
Cost per machine / per site / per project
Hourly owning & operating cost models

Budgeting & forecasting
