POSITION INFO:
Our client is a forward-thinking financial services company committed to expanding access to credit and driving innovation in consumer and microlending. You’ll be joining a high-performing team within the consumer lending division, where your insights will shape financial operations and support sustainable success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full finance function — from budgeting and forecasting to monthly reporting.
Ensure alignment with IFRS standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
Deliver strategic financial analysis to support executive and operational decisions.
Lead and mentor a small finance team, driving accuracy and efficiency.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

A BCom in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (essential).
5–7 years of experience in finance, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Solid background in consumer lending, microlending, or financial services.
Advanced Excel skills and strong systems knowledge.
A strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable in the details.
