Take the financial wheel in manufacturing – drive strategy, efficiency, and impact as a Financial Manager

POSITION INFO:
A manufacturing firm is seeking a Finance Manager to lead its finance operations and help steer the business toward continued growth. This is a full-function role suited for someone hands-on, analytical, and ready to partner with operational teams to deliver financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full finance function, including reporting, compliance, and team management
Prepare and present monthly financial results, forecasts, and budgets
Partner with production and operations teams to improve cost efficiencies
Ensure adherence to IFRS and company financial policies
Manage audits, tax submissions, and statutory compliance

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom Accounting with 3 years of relevant experience
Proven track record in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong ERP system knowledge (Sage, SAP, or similar)
Solid leadership and commercial acumem
