SUMMARY:
A dynamic and fast-paced organisation is looking for a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to lead its financial operations. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting business growth.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting.
Review financial statements to ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements.
Provide financial insights and business modelling to guide strategic decision-making.
Implement and maintain strong internal controls.
Drive the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts.
Monitor budget variances and suggest corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with VAT, PAYE, and corporate tax regulations.
Coordinate internal and external audits.

Requirements:

CA(SA) qualification with completed SAICA articles.
5–7 years post-articles experience in a senior finance role.
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis.
Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., AccPac).
Advantageous: Experience in a group reporting environment using tools like Power BI or Qlikview.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
