They are seeking a Financial Manager to join their dynamic leadership team - a role for a confident, hands-on professional who enjoys being close to the action. This is not a back-office function; it’s a chance to be a key business partner, driving performance, profitability, and strategic growth from the ground up.
This role is perfect for a commercially minded finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and wants to play an active role in shaping a company’s financial direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full finance function, including budgeting, reporting, and forecasting
Partner with operations to manage costs and improve financial performance
Lead and develop a small finance team
Provide insights that drive data-based decisions and improve efficiency

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Bcom degree in a related field
SAICA or SAIPA articles completed
3+ years within a similar role
