SUMMARY:
Our client, a reputable organisation, is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to lead and drive the finance function. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional to take ownership of financial planning, reporting, and analysis, while contributing to strategic decision-making.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Manage compliance with statutory reporting requirements (VAT, tax, etc.).
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategy.
Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a high-performing team.
Ensure strong internal controls and governance practices.

Requirements:

CA(SA) qualified or equivalent.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant finance management experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Ability to drive process improvements and add strategic value.
