SUMMARY:
A well-established integrated supply chain company, offering diverse services and tailored financing solutions, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager.

The successful candidate will oversee the full accounting function, including management accounts, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while leading a small finance team and providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, including analysis and commentary.
Oversee the full accounting function, including general ledger, reconciliations, payroll, VAT, EMP, and statutory reporting.
Develop, monitor, and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and statutory requirements.
Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

Professional qualification: CIPA or CIMA is essential.
Minimum of 8–10 years’ relevant finance experience, including management accounting and full accounting functions.
Proven experience managing and developing a finance team.
Strong understanding of statutory compliance, VAT, EMP, and financial reporting requirements.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
