POSITION INFO:
Our client is a respected organisation within the broader agriculture sector, known for its commitment to sustainable practices, operational excellence, and continuous innovation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Finance Manager who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving environment. You will take ownership of the full finance function, ensure strong controls, partner with operational teams, and play a pivotal role in guiding financial strategy within a complex, project-driven and production-focused environment.
You will work closely with senior leadership, influence key decisions, and help steer a business that is essential to food security and agricultural innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full financial function, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
Provide strategic insights and financial modelling to support commercial and operational decisions
Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and risk management
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
Manage stakeholder relationships, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Qualified CA(SA)
3+ years within a similar role
Agriculture industry experience beneficial
