An established and growing South African business is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join its leadership team in Cape Town.
This is an opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to take ownership of the full finance function, lead a capable team, and play a key role in shaping the financial performance and strategic direction of a multi-company environment.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Lead the full accounting and financial management function Oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, statutory, and audit requirements Drive the development and enhancement of financial controls and processes Manage annual financial statements and year-end activities Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making Identify cost-saving and business improvement opportunities Lead and develop a high-performing finance team Oversee working capital, procurement, and capital expenditure processes Skills & Experience: CA(SA) qualification Minimum 7 years' experience in a senior financial management role Strong technical accounting, reporting, and financial control expertise Experience managing audits, taxation, budgets, and forecasts Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills Advanced analytical and commercial acumen Experience within FMCG, warehousing, logistics, cold storage, or related industries will be advantageous Exposure to Sage X3 or similar ERP systems is beneficial Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our financial recruitment vacancies.
