JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Agricultural Manufacturing Industry, has an EE opportunity available for a Finance Manager, to be based in the Umhlanga area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

CA qualification
Minimum of 10 years’ financial management experience in a shared service centre environment
Experience in Consumer Products or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment will be an added advantage
Outstanding business analysis skills
Excellent accounting and reporting skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, internal and external
Excellent leadership and management skills

KPAs:

Manage, plan, direct and co-ordinate the core of the Country’s centralised finance function
Lead and guide all Payroll function within ISSA finance including provision of outsourced services.
Effectively implement Group finance management policies, processes and procedures in the Country relating to Order to Cash; Procure to Pay; Record to Report; and Hire to Retire (Payroll)
Perform ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to enable strategic decision-making
Ensure a consistent financial risk management approach across all finance functions by performing regular financial risk reviews.
Co-ordinate the BBBEEE data request between the various Shared Services teams.
