Purpose of the Job:
To Ensure the organization's financial health and sustainability by managing funds, planning for the future, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelorâs degree in finance, Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce or related field.
Minimum of 5-10 yearsâ experience in Finance with a minimum of five years in financial management

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee, develop and manage the organisationâs full financial function
Budgeting, forecasting and reporting in alignment with the orginisationâs legal requirements
Leading of the organisationsâ accounting operations, including AP & AR
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and sustainability
Financial planning, analysis and management
Stakeholder engagement
Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies
Project Financial management â Regulatory programs
Management reporting
Financial systems development and oversight
