POSITION INFO:
ð¢ Finance Manager CA(SA)
Location: Fully Remote (Head Office: Bryanston, Johannesburg)
Contract Type: Permanent
Dates: 25 September 2025 – 25 October 2025
Salary: R 1 000 000 – R 1 120 000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of annual financial statements and statutory returns
Manage the external audit process and ensure IFRS compliance
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
Deliver accurate financial reports and commercial insights

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & CA(SA) (essential)
Experience:
- 5+ years in a similar role, reporting to the CFO
- 5+ years working with IFRS and consolidated reporting
- 3+ years' experience leading teams
- Experience in multi-regional organisations
Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel (including financial modelling)
- Strong experience with SAP, IBM Cognos, and Draftworx
- Deep understanding of compliance, tax planning, and transfer pricing
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
