POSITION INFO:
A reputable, expanding organisation is looking for a Financial Manager to take ownership of consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, taxation and internal controls across multiple divisions.

The role provides significant exposure to executive decision-making, complex group environments and strategic financial initiatives.

An exciting opportunity for a motivated finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leading and developing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage group financial reporting, consolidations and adherence to IFRS standards.
Lead annual budgets, forecasts and monthly performance reporting.
Oversee taxation, audit processes, treasury and governance controls.
Guide and develop the finance team while driving system and process optimisation.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) accreditation is essential.
1-2 years post-articles experience.
Strong technical accounting, compliance and group reporting background.
