POSITION INFO:
As the Financial Manager – Operations, you will play a critical role in driving financial efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making across the business
Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the financial management of operational departments, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
Monitoring and analyzing operational performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with operations and senior leadership.
Implementing and maintaining financial controls and compliance processes across operational units.
Identifying and advising on cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements across technical and service operations.
Conducting regular variance analyses, identifying deviations from budgets, and recommending corrective actions.
Supporting revenue assurance and working to mitigate revenue leakage risks in operational processes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and performance tracking.

Job experience and Skills required:

CA(SA) is essential
3-5 years of financial and operational exposure
