Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced financial and data models to support strategic decision making
• Analyse revenue, costs, CAPEX, and cash flow to provide actionable business insights
• Translate complex financial data into clear commercial insights for partners and stakeholders
• Evaluate and model partner, product, and channel performance to optimise business outcomes
• Extract, transform, and analyse large data sets to support business intelligence and reporting
• Prepare and present detailed reports and insights to senior stakeholders
• Continuously improve processes, including automation and data driven efficiencies

• Qualification: CA(SA) or CIMA is essential
• Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience within financial services or insurance
• Strong experience in financial modelling or data modelling is non negotiable
• Proven ability to work in complex, data driven environments
• Advanced Excel skills and strong exposure to data analytics tools
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders, translating financials into commercial insights
• Highly analytical with strong problem solving capabilities and attention to detail
