JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client is a leading financial services company who specializes in business solutions, especially for importers / exporters. They offer foreign exchange solutions, insurance broking, freight forwarding and logistics solutions plus advisory and procurement services. They are in search of a Financial Manager who would relish the task of implementing systems and processes for a growing team as well as someone who is well-versed at working with multiple entities at the same time.

As Financial Manager you will be responsible for:

Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
Managing accounting practices across the organization
Producing long-term business plans
Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
Managing budgets
Developing and managing financial systems/models
Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) with managerial experience non-negotiable
Experience with large turnover amounts
Ability to implement processes from scratch
Strategic input to scale the business in a short-amount of time
Experience with inter-company consolidations
Forex accounting advantageous
