SUMMARY:
NDC Personnel & Contractors has partnered with an FMCG manufacturer in Gauteng that is looking for a talented Finance Manager to join their dynamic team!

POSITION INFO:
With your proven expertise in financial management and a dedication to fostering high performance, you’ll ensure the integrity of financial reporting and adherence to corporate governance standards. Your responsibilities will include leading daily financial operations and ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate financial reporting. You will also oversee debtor and creditor management, driving a culture of continuous improvement in internal controls and audit processes, and developing a high-performing finance team to meet strategic objectives.

We are seeking a CA(SA) with 3 - 5 years of post-articles experience, including in a management role leading teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in financial accounting, coupled with a solid understanding of the FMCG market and its challenges. You should be a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
