Are you a finance leader who bridges the gap between numbers and operations? A dynamic fintech organisation seeks an accomplished Finance Operations Manager to modernise financial processes, drive efficiencies, and partner with the CFO on strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact role for someone who excels at both financial rigour and operational execution.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership – Oversee all operational finance functions, including reporting, tax, audits, and cash flow management.
Process Optimisation – Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Strategic Planning – Lead budgeting, forecasting, and Capex planning to support business growth.
Systems & Controls – Ensure that ERP and BI systems deliver accurate, timely data for decision-making.
Team Development – Mentor and guide finance and admin teams to achieve peak performance.

Qualifications:

â CA(SA)/CIMA/MBA with 6-9 years of finance leadership experience
â Proven success in process improvement and internal controls
â Strong ERP/BI systems expertise and advanced financial modeling skills
