POSITION INFO:

Your duties will include, but are not limited to
Lead the preparation and delivery of weekly and monthly financial performance reports (excluding statutory accounting), providing variance analysis, insights, and recommended actions
Identify and communicate key financial risks and opportunities to support strategic decision-making and business performance
Ensure accurate, timely distribution of performance metrics and manage financial submissions to WW and Absa in line with reporting deadlines
Drive revenue growth and cost optimisation initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams, delivering measurable financial improvements
Present financial results, trends, and actionable insights to senior leadership, shareholders, and other key stakeholders
Continuously improve financial processes and reporting practices, leading change initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation
Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, overseeing recruitment, performance management, development planning, and achievement of Employment Equity targets
Provide mentorship and resolve staff issues effectively, ensuring a positive and productive team environment

Skills & Experience:
CIMA or CA(SA) preferred
Minimum 5 years in a financial performance and planning role
Minimum 2-3 years in management positions

Qualification:
A relevant Finance or Accounting degree
PA(SA) designation? Even better!
