Data Analytics skills

1. Build CBR Claims Model that will be used as at tactical solution until the strategic solution has implemented.
2. Build policy level Mapping solution by using the policy level Inforce, Movements, and New Business.
3. Summary of types of data required:
a. Claims Reported Counts and Amounts
b. Claims Paid Counts and Amounts
c. Claims Outstanding Counts and Amounts
d. Claims Repudiated Counts and Amounts
e. Benefit Counts
f. Business Unit CBR
g. Product Mapping
4. Where applicable the data must be split by:
a. Product and Benefit type grouping, as per CBR mapping
Develop the Framework for the EDP Solution
1. Where possible, ensure that the solution is aligned and can be used as input to the EDP long term solution
2. Collaborate with the EDP long-term solution program team to design a suitable Claims solution that is aligned with other regulatory and finance reporting already in place.

Service Levels:

1. The Claims Conduct of Business Return must be completed timeously and accurately, and ready for submission at the specified submission deadlines set out by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority ("FSCA"), which are 30 days after the end of every quarter.
2. The accuracy of the submission will be assessed against other existing sources of similar reports being produced across the business (e.g. financial accounting records, Prudential Authority annual submissions, other management information), and signed off by the relevant Subject Matter Experts (SME''s) and accountable parties.
3. This work shall assist the current claims team and business composition team in completing the CBR within 30 days for 2021Q1 submission by improving the current solution and developing a more sustainable solution.
4. The outcome will form the foundation and the design of the EDP long term solution.

Deliverables:
Tactical and Strategic Claims Solution for Conduct of Business Return

1. An approved solution design/methodology for sourcing claims data. Claims data includes:
a. Claims Reported Counts and Amounts
b. Claims Paid Counts and Amounts
c. Claims Repudiated Counts and Amounts
d. Claims Outstanding Counts and Amounts
- These need to be split according to benefit type and product type
2. An automated claim solution(model) that can be run by a Liberty employee with minimal effort and can deliver the claims portion of the CBR within 30 days.
3. Assist current CBR claims team in improving the CBR claims process.
4. Full documentation of the tactical claims solution.
5. Drive the speedy implementation of the strategic claims solution currently delivered by the EDP development program.
