Our client—a powerhouse in the industrial sector—is searching for a Systems Specialist/Analyst who lives and breathes performance data, speaks fluent BI, and thrives on solving operational mysteries using beautiful, smart tech. This isn’t your everyday systems role. It's where tech meets terrain, and insights drive excavators.

POSITION INFO:
Your (Cool) Day-to-Day Might Look Like This:

Acting as the translator between business and IT (part Analyst, part Detective, and part Data Therapist).
Building BI dashboards so sleek they practically sparkle — and actually get used.
Managing and refining performance data warehouses like a well-oiled underground machine.
Helping leadership teams look at their operations and say, “Ah, now it makes sense.”
Getting elbow-deep in TM1 for financial modelling that’s equal parts complex and genius.
Supporting change initiatives that make people go, “Why didn’t we do this sooner?”
Occasionally being the smartest person in the room (but being cool about it).

What You Bring (Besides Your Amazing Self):

CA(SA) or CIMA? Even better.
TM1 ninja-level skills (5+ years and counting).
A solid handshake with Power BI, SAP, or HFM.
A curious brain, a sharp eye, and a heart that beats for data-driven decisions.
Bonus points if you can explain complex systems without making people cry.
