You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and expectations, and make sure the system tells the same story in finance as it does on the factory floor.

Now, one of South Africa’s leading industrial groups is looking for a Project Manager: Finance & Operations Systems to turn their next big transformation into reality. Based in Johannesburg East, this role is where finance, systems, and operations collide - and you’re the one connecting it all.

Key Responsibilties:

- Lead and execute finance and operations system projects from planning to rollout
- Translate business needs into system functionality and process improvement
- Partner with plant managers, finance teams, and IT to align goals and outcomes
- Oversee system integrations, testing, training, and user adoption
- Drive continuous improvement across finance and manufacturing operations

Job Experience and Skills

- BCom degree (Finance, Systems, or Operations) – essential
- 5–8 years’ experience in a plant-based or manufacturing environment
- Proven project management experience with system implementation (SAP or Syspro)
- Strong understanding of both finance and operations workflows
- Ability to translate business processes into tech solutions that work
- Analytical, organised, and ready to lead from the front
