Opportunity for a Finance Business Partner

POSITION INFO:
My client is looking for an Finance Business Partner to join their team. This is a global leader in the insurance sector that has been in existence for over 50 years. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a company with a rich history and a forward-thinking approach to financial services.

Duties:

Partner with key business units to provide financial insights and strategic guidance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
Drive performance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key initiatives and investment decisions.
Support monthly reporting cycles and variance analysis.

Education and experience:

BCom Accounting (Minimum)
At least 5 years experience in a similiar role
Short Term insurance experience is mandatory
