POSITION INFO:
Our client doesn’t just develop properties they design the spaces where life unfolds. From skyline-shaping towers to vibrant urban hubs, they’ve built a reputation for turning vision into value. With a growing portfolio and a fast-moving finance function, they’re now looking for a Financial Accountant who’s not afraid to go beyond the numbers someone who sees the story behind every statement and brings structure to ambition.

Requirements

BCom degree (Finance/Accounting or similar)
Solid experience as an Accountant in the property industry
Strong working knowledge of MDA or another property-specific ERP
Proven experience with financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working onsite daily in a fast-paced office environment

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare income statements and balance sheets
Handle full budgeting and forecasting functions
Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions
Ensure accurate reporting within MDA or other property ERP systems
Collaborate with internal teams to support the financial health of the business
