Are you a Financial Accountant with solid fundamentals and post-articles experience, ready to step into a hands-on commercial role? This opportunity suits a driven finance professional who enjoys end-to-end accounting, strong compliance exposure, and working close to operations in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Prepare financial statements and monthly reports
Manage SARS submissions (VAT, EMP, statutory returns)
Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register
Perform creditors reconciliations and month-end close activities
Support audits, controls, and general ledger integrity
Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education

BCom Accounting
Completed Articles – essential

Experience

2–3+ years’ experience post-articles
Exposure to manufacturing, retail, logistics, or similar environments advantageous
Strong foundational financial reporting experience

Skills

Sage experience preferred
Strong Excel skills
Detail-oriented with good time management
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Germiston – Johannesburg East

Remuneration

± R550 000 - 580 000 CTC
