POSITION INFO:
I am looking for a Financial Accountant to support a reputable legal professional services environment where precision and compliance are nonânegotiable. This role sits at the financial centre of a practice where every number must balance, justify, and stand up to scrutiny.

With a history spanning over a century, the firm has evolved from a traditional legal practice into a large, multiâdisciplinary operation expanding its services, footprint, and client base while maintaining a strong foundation of structure, integrity, and accountability.

Duties

Financial systems administration
Billing and revenue recognition
Monthâend close and reconciliations
Management and variance reporting
Audit preparation and coordination
Budgeting and financial planning support
Multiâcurrency accounting and management reporting
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Skills & Experience:

BCom degree or relevant finance qualification (Essential)
Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles (Preferred)
Experience gained within a law firm or similar environment
Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working with diverse personalities
