POSITION INFO:
We're Looking for Individuals Who Have: â BCom Accounting, BAcc or equivalent qualification â A strong academic record with Matric Distinctions and\/or Dean's List achievements highly advantageous â Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles (or relevant commercial experience) â A passion for operational finance and business partnering â A proven ability to analyse data, solve problems and drive continuous improvement Your Impact: As an Operational Accountant, you'll work beyond the numbers. You'll partner with operational teams, influence decision-making and help improve business performance by delivering meaningful financial insights. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports. Analysing operational costs, profitability and business performance. Managing month-end and year-end reporting processes. Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Maintaining financial controls and ensuring statutory compliance. Identifying process improvements and driving operational efficiencies. Supporting strategic financial decisions through insightful reporting.
