Are you a driven Financial Accountant looking to advance your career within a high-performance manufacturing environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation at the heart of large-scale vehicle production. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment, you'll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, driving accurate financial reporting, and partnering with operational stakeholders across complex operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage month-end and year-end close processes. Ensure compliance with IFRS, taxation, and statutory requirements. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial integrity. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Analyse manufacturing costs, variances, and operational financial performance. Partner with production and operational stakeholders to provide financial insights and commercial support. Assist with internal and external audit processes. Requirements BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles. 3-5 years of post-article experience. Essential: Automotive, manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or other high-volume production experience. Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards. Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP systems experience.
