Are you a Financial Accountant who wants more than reconciliations and reporting? As a key member of the finance team, you'll work closely with senior leadership, commercial teams, and operational stakeholders to drive business performance and support strategic decision-making. You'll gain exposure to business partnering, inventory management, profitability analysis, financial reporting, and strategic planning, all while contributing to the continued success of a business that forms part of everyday life for millions of consumers. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyse costs, margins, variances, and overall business performance. Partner with commercial and operational teams to provide actionable financial insights. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. Monitor inventory controls, working capital performance, and costing initiatives. Requirements BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles. Minimum 3-5 years post-article experience. Strong understanding of financial reporting, costing, inventory accounting, and business performance analysis. Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, food production, distribution, or supply chain environments will be advantageous. Let's Be Honest...
