Move beyond traditional accounting and become a strategic partner to the business, influencing key commercial decisions. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll drive profitability, performance, and growth in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyse costs, margins, variances, and overall business performance. Partner with commercial and operational teams to deliver meaningful financial insights and recommendations. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. Monitor inventory controls, working capital performance, and costing initiatives. Support decision-making through financial modelling and business analysis. Requirements BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles. Minimum 3-5 years' post-article experience. Strong understanding of financial reporting, costing, inventory accounting, and business performance analysis. Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, food production, consumer goods, distribution, or supply chain environments will be advantageous. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across the business.
