SUMMARY:
Are you a Zimbabwean individual who is immediately available to join our clients highly successful finance team working at the BEITBRIDGE BORDER POST in Zimbabwe using your minimum two years experience in a finance administration role?
Excellent opportunity to grow your skills managing and collating financial information and cash processes.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience of at least two years in a finance role
In-depth understanding of entire Microsoft Office suite
High School diploma and relevant tertiary qualification i.e., BCom accounting, etc.
Excellent time management skills
Strong planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills
Must be able to meet deadlines
Professional level verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Professional discretion
Analytical and meticulous
 
DUTIES
Maintaining cash management records, including bank reconciliations and daily deposits
Manage the cash process onsite
Responsible for collating financial information
Managing change of custody process as well as researching any variances and providing resolution thereof
Liaising with Cash in Transit company in Zimbabwe
Maintaining the current filing and database system
Assist with internal and external audits
Prepared financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising account information and trends
Enforced adherence to requirements, filing reports, advising management on needed actions
Provide general administrative support
Additional general duties as required
 
Salary: dependent on experience
