POSITION INFO:
A well-established multinational company, operating in the healthcare and life sciences sector, is looking for a highly analytical Financial Analyst to join their finance team. The organisation is known for its commitment to innovation, research excellence, and improving lives through science-led solutions. With a collaborative and fast-paced environment, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside top-tier professionals.

As the Financial Analyst, you will report to the Finance Manager and work closely with both commercial and operational teams. You will be responsible for compiling forecasts, analysing variances, monitoring financial performance, and supporting strategic planning. Your work will be instrumental in guiding key business decisions through accurate financial modelling and insightful reporting.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CIMA or CFA preferred).
3–5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in Excel, with strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, and Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, and Tableau).
Industry exposure in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG is advantageous.
