POSITION INFO:

A well-known mining concern is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their finance team. The organization who has been around for more than 60 years works on several projects throughout Africa and has a variety of reputable clients.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for maintaining financial models, financial reconciliations as well as financial reporting. The Financial Analyst will also be responsible for consolidations and analysis.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

• CA (SA)

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• At least two years’ post article experience
• Experience in the mining/construction industry is a must
• Working knowledge of consolidations is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confident and assertive
