JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Commercial Controller, you will report to the Head of Revenue and Gross Margin of South Africa. Your role will oversee the commercial control function, which is to provide high-level financial support, challenge, and control over the sales teams. You will have full ownership and accountability in helping to drive the success of the sales process.

You will be responsible for building and strengthening the financial capabilities of the sales team. You will contribute to medium and long-term profitable sales growth by proactively and continuously monitoring and optimising the rebate cost structures and highlighting business optimisation opportunities and risks.

CA (SA) or Relevant B Degree in Finance/ Economics/ Accounting Science with 3 - 5 years in a similar role within the FMCG space.
