Financial Analyst (Management Level)

SUMMARY:
5 Month Maternity Leave Contract: Leading FMCG Company is looking for a Financial Analyst to assist with reporting and preparation of budgets and forecasting for the SA division. Successful candidate will start in October / November 2021

POSITION INFO:

Main Purpose:

• Reporting (monthly forecasts, AOP and NOPBT Cause of Change) and other sector reporting requirements (such as weekly volumes, A&M etc)
• Preparation and collation of budgets and forecasts for the business

Accountabilities:

• Forecasting per country for the business unite (including preparation of the forecast models and working with the various franchise managers to gather inputs)
• G&A forecast
• Loading all entities monthly plus fully accountable and makes decisions and needs to trouble shoot as necessary
• Other adhoc reporting eg weekly volumes, A&M etc (executes and prepares report based on inputs received)
• Innovations P&L preparation – executing actions after receiving input

Skills:

• Detailed accounting knowledge
• Excellent working knowledge of HFM and SAP
• Collating and presenting information
• Organized
• Able to build good relationships with numerous stakeholders

Qualification:

• 3-5 years experience in financial analysis
• 3 year tertiary qualification in a relevant field
