Manages: Financial & Management Accountants

A leading organisation in a highâgrowth, technical environment is seeking an experienced Financial Controller (CA(SA)) to lead the finance function across multiple entities. This role is ideal for a senior finance professional with strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for driving performance and compliance.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Oversee group consolidation, IFRS reporting, and statutory compliance.
Manage monthâend, yearâend, and external audit processes.
Prepare management accounts, budgets, cashâflow forecasts, and financial statements.
Ensure accurate and timely tax submissions (VAT, PAYE, corporate tax) and liaise with relevant authorities.
Support strategic decisionâmaking through modelling and scenario analysis.
Manage working capital, liquidity, asset registers, capex, and internal controls.
Strengthen ERP systems, reporting tools, and finance process automation.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Requirements

CA(SA)
5–8+ years experience in financial management, controlling, or senior accounting
Strong IFRS knowledge, reporting, and audit exposure
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Proven leadership experience managing a finance team
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary

R1 300 000.00 per annum (including benefits)
